Custom made solid hardwood coat hooks.
The hooks are available in various timbers, each piece is turned from solid timber down to 30mm diameter. Then sanded smooth and cut to length and fitting position. Then a steel M6 concealed fixing fitted into the end.
The peg hooks are very easily fixed in to walls or doors and all fixings are supplied, each hook comes with a universal wall plug and have a die cast M6 fitting inserted into the hook. The fixings are a steel M6 screw with a TX15 drive recess for easy installation.
To install
1. Drill a pilot hole in desired location for the wall plug
2. Place the plug in the pilot hole
3. Screw the fixing half way to the plug
4. Screw the hook in to position on the remainder of the fixing.
Note: if fixing to a timber structure the wall plug isn't required. If fixing to plaster board walls please fix to stud and if that’s no possible make note order specific plasterboard wall plugs and I all including them. Note: load capacity of plasterboard alone is significant less than securing to a solid wall, timber frames or wall studs.
