Handmade solid European Oak stool/bench (Type 1) finished in a satin danish oil or beeswax and Upholstered in Abraham Moon Grey Multi Spot wool. The Type 1 stool is a stronger more visually imposing and solid construction. It is made entirely from 25mm thick x 30cm wide plank which makes up the top and legs. The block stool is made using rabbet joints and blind tenon joints, which make a solid durable structure. The stools are a decorative and functional pieces. That complement modern and traditional decor, and can be used in many rooms around the home.
The stools can be used as a footstool, side table, plant stand, lamp stand, display and for many uses around the home. The natural grain and natural finish give warmth to any room in your home. They are easily maintained with a natural bees wax polish once a year, or can be refinished with varnishes, stains or painted.
