Solid Ash Round Table with Shelf
Handmade solid Ash side table with shelf, Ash is a native hardwood and unlike oak its a very light cream in colour (sometimes with olive greens or brown streaks). It has strong grain patterns and a creamy sheen, it’s a very solid timber, smooth look and touch, knots aren’t very common.it you want something as strong as oak but much more subtle but full of character.
This piece has been a development from the plant stand/round table I currently make, to expand its usefulness around the home. The table like my other pieces are available in various heights and diameters to suit your needs.
The table shown in the picture is made from Oak, this listing is for a solid Ash piece. I can be made from many other timbers depending on your preference. They can be made out of one material or combinations to create a unique look. They are all made by hand by myself using traditional hand tools, wedged tenon leg joints and the shelf is doweled into position. If you have a material preference or combination please let me know in the notes to seller.
