Rounded End Bench in Plain Wool

from £168.00

Handmade solid Oak bench has been design with rounded ends, underside and round legs which give a simple yet organic look. The rounded ends and soft edges and upholstered cushion top makes this piece very tackle, functional and comfortable.

This piece has been inspired by Scandinavian designs and I wanted to keep it simple and functional. Each piece is handmade to order, it is hand planed and smoothed with a cabinet scraper to give a fine finish. The legs are turned and fixed with contrasting wedges.

The pieces pictured are upholstered in Natural and Mushroom

The cushion top is made of a composite foam cushion to give a firm but comfortable seat that requires minimal maintenance. This piece is upholstered in Abraham Moon Melton wools, Melton ranges encompasses a whole host of plain shades, designed to both complement our patterned collections and work as stand-alone pieces in their own right. Made using our unique mélange yarns, a blend of between two and seven dyed wools, our richness of colour is unrivalled as over the years we've added trend colours to keep up with modern interior demands.

**Always remove stains as quickly as possible**
Most stains and dirt can be removed using an ordinary pH-neutral detergent diluted in lukewarm water at normal strengths.
• First, soak up as much of the liquid as possible with a soft white cloth.
• If the stain has dried on, remove as much residue as possible with a vacuum.
• Rub carefully with a soft white cloth; do not use abrasive cloths.
• Press the fabric with a dry, soft white cloth or kitchen roll every time water is added to soak up moisture
and dirt.
• Use clean water without any detergent for the final clean.
(The area may appear darker than the surrounding fabric after being cleaned with water, but should become less noticeable over time)

The benches are made from a 25mm solid Oak top thick and 32mm Oak legs which make it an extremely strong and durable piece of furniture. It can also be made from Beech, Ash, Sapele, Walnut, Cherry and many more timbers.
